Have you been in the criminal justice system and continue to find it difficult to reintegrate into the community? Well, we know that it is difficult to get through the criminal justice system without being mentally affected and some enter the system with mental health conditions like depression, psychological distress, drug and alcohol use disorders (addiction), problems with integration into communities after release, trauma due to incarceration, etc.

So if you are an adult on parole struggling with these challenges, please know that you have support, and I can help you regain a better living. Join me in a group where we learn about our thinking processes and break away from these life hindrances. We can work together to turn this around and get your life back on track.

Please schedule a free consultation to sign up for this group.

Juvenile offenders (Male group)

Are you a parent who has a son who you describe as “out of control”, has been through Juvi, and needs help figuring things out? I have created a safe space where your son can thrive. He needs an environment that can help him understand the sources of the problem, the risk factors that make him vulnerable and learn ways to cope with these challenges.  The freedom space I have created is his space, he can speak freely without any “out of control” labels. And you the parent, are not left out in the dark. You are also a part of the solution. Together, we check-in and learn how to help our teenagers implement the coping skills learned, and yes, it is true that – “it takes a village to raise a child.”

The group is very small which gives each participant enough opportunity for engagement.

If you or your loved one has a son that would benefit from this group, please schedule a free consultation to determine the group’s appropriateness.

 Sex offenders (Male group)

Are you someone who has given up on life because you think the world has given up on you? I know that the neglect is real – by mental health experts, the community because you are on the registry. Do not lose hope, because in the Freedom Space I have created, there is also room for you. You have a space where you can be and freely learn about yourself, your thought processes, your behaviors, the risk factors, and ways to prevent you from causing self-harm and to others. I have the tools to help you get better. I strongly believe in the concept of togetherness and yes, we can figure this out together.

From my experience running such groups in a prison setting, I noticed their patterns around secrecy. They feared having their ‘secret’ out. DO NOT WORRY. Anonymity is paramount and will make every effort to keep this value.

Sign up yourself or a loved one for this amazing opportunity.
